My husband and I wanted to give our two toddlers a train table this Christmas, and the idea of making one seemed like a much more meaningful and economical way of doing it. However, once we purchased the lumber, it only took a few hours over a few nights to complete, and I was able to paint the table top while they were napping! It was very fun to be able to design the top as we wanted, knowing what would be most interesting to our kids. It was very exciting to see how quickly the table took shape, and more memorable to be able to give it to them, knowing we built it, and it will be a keepsake in the family.

Our kids love it, and whether they are playing on top of it, under it, or around it, it helps them put some creativity into their play. Thank you.....it was just want we had desired!!
