This weekend is packed full of great toy train events for you to attend. To start with, if you are in Pennsylvania, then you will want to make your way to the 22nd Annual Harrisburg Railroad Show and Collectors March. The location of this event will be at the I.W. Abel Union Hall, 200 Gibson Street in Stellton, Pennsylvania 17113. It is scheduled for a single day, Saturday March 15 from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Admission will be $5 per person and kids under 12 get in free. Here you will find a huge marketplace with over 6,000 square feet of displays and vendors’ tables.

If you are located in the Midwest, then you will want to stop by the Chicagoland Lionel RR Club Open House. This event is also scheduled for Saturday March 15 from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Admission will be $2 per person or $5 for a family admission ticket. The location of this event will be Chicagoland Lionel RR Clubhouse, 1311 S. Schoolhouse Road, New Lenox, Illinois 60451. This special open house will feature an amazing O gauge layout with a mainline that is 143 feet long. This is a great event for kids and families, as there are 25 interactive displays to play with.

The final toy train event that is scheduled this weekend is the Greenberg’s Train and Toy Show. It is a two day event that will run from the 15th through the 6th. It will be located at the New Jersey Expo Center, 97 Sunfield Avenue, Edison, New Jersey 08837. Its doors will be open from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Admission will be $7 per person with kids under 11 getting in for free. Here you will find activities for the kids, free workshops and seminars and great operating layouts.
